      Our goal is to provide one call assistance to landlords. Below is a sampling of the services offered by Independent Eviction Agency:

       

       

       

      • Initial property inspection

       

        • Independent Eviction Agency will make a personal inspection of the property to verify occupancy and check the condition of property.

       

       

      • Evictions

         

        • Independent Eviction Agency is present with the Sheriff to remove all personal property and place it on the nearest public street. All work is performed under supervision of the Sheriff in accordance with municipal local codes.                   

       

       

      • Automobile Removal

         

        • Independent Eviction Agency will remove abandoned vehicles from vacant properties in accordance with client instructions and local codes.

       

       

      • Lock-changes, Lock-outs, and Padlocking

         

        • Locks are changed to a system utilizing one master key,

          and/or a Coded Lock Box. You are in control of the system your prefer.

           

       

      • Board-ups

       

        • Residential or commercial properties shall be boarded to prevent unauthorized entry and to protect against weather damage in accordance with clients instructions. Emergency board-up services are available.

       

       

      • Clean-outs, Trash-outs, and Debris removal

       

        • Removal of all interior and/or exterior debris as requested by client.

       

       

      • Winterization

       

        • The main water supply is shut off, plumbing and water systems are drained. Environmentally safe anti-freeze is added to all fixtures and traps. Warning signs and date will be posted on all items winterized.

       

       

      • Lawn maintenance/grass cuts weekly/ bi-weekly

         

        • Property grounds will be maintained by mowing and trimming grass, shrubbery, and performing other lawn maintenance.

         

        • All lawn maintenance is performed in accordance with clients guidelines and schedule desired.

         

        • Independent Eviction Agency will inspect to verify the property has remained secure.

       

       

      • Basements and Pools pumped out

       

       

      • Roof repair, tarping, and interior renovations

         

        • Minor remodeling including kitchens, bathrooms, and painting.

       

       

      • Digital Photographs

         

        • Before and after photographs are taken to assist in the protection

                          of our clients.

       

      • Other services as requested

       

       

      It is our intention to save you precious time and money. We have a strong working relationship with the Sheriffs Department, which is a necessity when trying to schedule and accomplish evictions in a timely manor.
